Flat circles, triangles, half-moons, stripes and grids of dots sit loosely across a square, each shape grained like cut paper. One output sets blue, red and yellow on cream, another red on black, a third teal and vermilion on white.

A grid-based system places the shapes and layers them over one another. The collector takes part in the making, choosing, for example, the number of layers, the grid size and the palette.

Taken one at a time, the shapes mean nothing. Set together, they begin to suggest a face, a bird, a skyline, sometimes a feeling or a memory. None of that is written into the code; it forms in whoever is looking. The series is about how and why a mind sees what it sees.

Two years after Foggy Window, the question of perception returns from the viewer's side.

Released September 2025.
